We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Flutter Developer. Someone who is passionate about code writing, solving technical errors, and taking up full ownership of app development.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and demonstrated team player. You will be a developer responsible for developing new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, and deployment.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
- Ensure designs comply with specifications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components and packages.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with outside data sources and APIs.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven software development experience and Flutter skills development.
- Proven working experience in Flutter development and Dart programming.
- Have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building.
- Experience working in an agile development process.
- Understanding of Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively on shared projects with designers, testers, and other developers.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Experience with generic state management techniques in Flutter.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect Flutter applications to back-end services.
- Experience with third-party services and platforms such as Firebase, AWS Amplify, Google Cloud Platform, and other cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) practices.
- Understanding of secure coding practices.
