We are looking for a Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud DevOps team and help us build, operate, and continuously improve reliable, scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure.
Our team works across Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Automation, Observability, DevSecOps, and Platform Engineering, collaborating closely with development, security, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines covering build, test, security scanning, artifact management, and deployment.
- Deploy and maintain services and infrastructure with a focus on availability, reliability, and minimal downtime.
- Manage and optimize Linux-based environments and shared infrastructure services.
- Deploy and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Cloud and Private Cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability capabilities.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and service issues, perform Root Cause Analysis, and define corrective actions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows using scripting, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve build, release, deployment, and operational processes.
- Improve infrastructure and service architecture with a focus on High Availability, Scalability, Reliability, and Resilience.
- Manage core infrastructure services such as Reverse Proxy, Load Balancing, DNS, and TLS.
- Apply security best practices and implement security controls across infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and the software supply chain.
- Manage Artifact Repositories, Container Registries, and Dependency Repositories.
- Maintain technical documentation, Runbooks, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Contribute to Platform Engineering, Internal Platform, and infrastructure Self-Service initiatives.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong Linux Administration skills and solid understanding of Networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, and preferably GitLab CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Automation and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Experience with Monitoring, Logging, and Observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
- Familiarity with Reverse Proxy, Load Balancing, and common infrastructure services.
- Scripting skills using Bash or Python.
- Good understanding of High Availability, Scalability, Backup, and Disaster Recovery.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and infrastructure security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident analysis, and Root Cause Analysis skills.
- Relevant professional experience appropriate for a Mid/Senior-level role in DevOps, SRE, Cloud, or Platform Engineering.
Nice to Have
- Experience with OpenStack and Ceph.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps and Argo CD.
- Familiarity with Private Cloud, Platform Engineering, and SRE concepts.
- Experience designing or contributing to Internal Developer Platforms or infrastructure Self-Service solutions.
- Experience working in Enterprise or Air-Gapped environments.
