Position- Senior Salesforce Developer
Location- Brazil (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and automation.
- Build and extend Salesforce CPQ, including Product Rules, Price Rules, Quote Templates, Discount Schedules, bundles, and Advanced Approvals.
- Support data model, sharing, security, and build-vs-configure decisions.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API and middleware integrations.
- Drive testing, code reviews, CI/CD, releases, and production troubleshooting.
- Mentor the Salesforce team on Apex, version control, and deployment best practices.
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor and evaluate MCP tooling for Salesforce workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Sales Cloud.
- Deep hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience; Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models and governor limits.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and asynchronous Apex.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or CPQ certification required; Platform Developer II is a strong plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CLI/SFDX, scratch orgs, and Metadata API.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and willingness to evaluate MCP-based tooling.
- Fluent in English and able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and ownership from design through deployment and support.
