What you can expect from us
- Support Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and Service Offering Management activities within ServiceNow.
- Assist with the design and maintenance of catalog items, request workflows, and service offerings.
- Support testing activities, including test case execution and defect tracking.
- Document solutions, user stories, and test cases.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Perform troubleshooting and incident analysis.
- Ensure alignment with CSDM standards and ServiceNow best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Catalog and Service Management processes.
Technical Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Functional Consultant.
- Experience with Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and/or Service Offering Management.
- Good knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Experience supporting testing activities.
- Ability to produce clear documentation, user stories, and test cases.
- Experience in troubleshooting and incident management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Certifications
- At least one ServiceNow certification is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous client-facing experience.
- Experience working directly with customers during requirements gathering, solution discussions, testing, or issue resolution.
Languages
- Fluent Portuguese
- Spanish is a plus.

- 100% remote
- Candidates based in Portugal or Brazil can be considered.
- Availability almost immediately is required.
