Candidates should have experience working on complex business-critical applications involving high transaction volumes, system integrations, scalability requirements, and modern software engineering practices. Previous experience within Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Banking, or Financial Services environments is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications / Differentiators • Experience in the financial services industry. • Knowledge of Wealth Management and Asset Management business processes. • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. • Experience with event-driven architectures. • Knowledge of OpenShift. • Experience with application monitoring and observability tools. • Understanding of application security best practices. • Experience supporting modernization and digital transformation initiatives. • Prior experience working directly with U.S.-based clients. • Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership.
