🎯 What You Will Do
- Build & Iterate: Develop user-facing features with a focus on clarity, high performance, and long-term maintainability.
- API Integration: Handle complex data fetching, advanced state management, and robust error handling.
- End-to-End Ownership: You own the frontend quality lifecycle—automated tests, CI checks, release readiness, and post-release monitoring.
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate directly with product and engineering to define scope, technical risks, and acceptance criteria.
✅ Strong Signals (Requirements)
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering with a focus on Frontend.
- Ownership: You go from idea to production. No separate QA team here.
- Production Mindset: Experience with monitoring/alerting, logging/tracing, and incident follow-up.
- Bias for Action: Proactive problem solver, delivering in small, continuous increments.
- Observability: Experience instrumenting frontend behavior to track performance and catch errors.
