The Role
We're looking for an Optimization UX Designer to own day-to-day design on one of our dedicated, long-term optimization accounts. This is iterative, test-driven work for a single enterprise client, not multi-project delivery. You'll design conversion-focused landing pages, reusable modules, and marketing email templates, then see them through to launch in close partnership with developers.
The pace is fast and ticket-based, with frequent same-day and next-day turnarounds, so we need someone organized, self-directed, and comfortable moving quickly without losing craft. You'll collaborate daily with a project manager and developers, and represent design in weekly client calls, translating stakeholder goals into clear, high-quality web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design conversion-focused landing pages, website modules, and campaign assets for a dedicated optimization client, from concept through launch-ready Figma files.
- Design and iterate on A/B tests and experiment variants, partnering with the team to turn results into the next round of improvements.
- Build modular, scalable design: reusable components, lifecycle and marketing email templates, and regional or localized variants of existing pages.
- Work closely with developers for clean Figma to Webflow handoff, reviewing builds and supporting fast, accurate launches.
- Manage tickets, prioritizing against deadlines and keeping work moving with minimal oversight.
- Present design decisions and rationale in weekly client calls alongside the PM, navigating feedback with patience and professionalism.
- Uphold the client's brand guidelines across every deliverable, and proactively flag opportunities to improve the digital experience.
- Contribute occasional UX research and discovery work to inform design direction.
- Who You Are:
- 3+ years of web or product design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- Strong UX foundation: information architecture, user flows, and conversion thinking alongside polished visual craft.
- Proficiency in Figma (required) and hands-on familiarity with Webflow.
- Experience designing for A/B testing and optimization, with an understanding of how design choices affect performance.
- Excellent time management and the ability to self-direct across a high volume of fast-turnaround tickets.
- Client-facing confidence: able to present work and respond to feedback clearly and professionally.
- Process-oriented and detail-driven, with the consistency to maintain quality under tight timelines.
Nice to have:
- Experience designing marketing and lifecycle email templates.
- Familiarity with personalization or localized/regional content variants.
- Background working with B2B or SaaS brands.
- Comfort with analytics or experiment tools, and reading test results to inform design.
