We’re Hiring: Senior .NET Developer – AI & Azure
Working Model: Remote
At Gini Talent, we are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join one of our international projects.
We are seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong background in C#/.NET, Microsoft Azure, system design, and modern AI-assisted software development. This role requires not only strong technical expertise, but also excellent engineering judgment, ownership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using C#/.NET
- Build cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure Services
- Develop modern web applications using the Blazor framework
- Participate in requirements gathering, product definition, architecture, and system design
- Design and develop secure and scalable APIs
- Contribute to testing, security, observability, and production readiness
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation
- Contribute to the development of AI-powered products and features
Key Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET
- Experience with Blazor
- Strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals and system design
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs
- Solid understanding of testing, application security, and cloud architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with CI/CD, observability, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and production operations
- Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows including:
- Debugging and refactoring
- Automated test generation
- Code reviews
- Documentation generation
- Experience building or contributing to AI-powered applications, including:
- LLM integrations
- AI agents
- RAG
- MCP
- Function/tool calling
- Evaluation and guardrails

Beyond specific technologies, we are looking for someone with strong engineering judgment — someone who can evaluate trade-offs, make sound architectural decisions, understand when and how to use AI effectively, and take ownership of solutions from design to production.
Excellent English communication skills are required, as the role involves collaboration with international stakeholders.
