Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the annual dealer network plan
- Assist in defining showroom standards and coordinating construction and final approvals
- Conduct breakeven and performance analyses of the dealer network
- Research local market needs and contribute to satisfaction improvement initiatives
- Help deliver sales and product training to the dealer network
- Assist in the design, delivery, and upkeep of showroom materials and branding assets
Requirements
- Graduation in Business, Accounting or Economy;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint);
- Experience (min. 5 yrs) in Automotive industry;
- Knowledge in management of dealer performance program
- Interpersonal Relationships and leadership skills;
- Fluent in English is a plus

100% on-site (Rochaverá building - near Shopping Morumbi).
