The Job
We need a Product Manager for our vacation rental software platform. You will decide which features to build, talk to property owners and guests to understand what they need, and work with our engineering team to make it happen. You report to the CTO and work fully remote from Brazil.
You will also help support Triad AI Systems, our growth services division. We help other businesses build custom websites, improve SEO, and create automation using Webflow, n8n, Figma, and other no-code tools.
What You Will Do:
- Create the product plan for our vacation rental platform
- Decide which features to build next based on what users need and business goals
- Work with engineers to build and ship new features
- Look at data to understand how people use our product
- Talk to property owners and guests about what they need
- Work with the operations team to find problems and solve them
- Keep our most important property owners happy
- Find and test new tools to help us grow
- Support Triad AI Systems by helping with product decisions and strategy for client projects
You Must Have:
- 3+ years working as a Product Manager in fast-growing companies (startups are better)
- Real experience in vacation rentals or short-term rental (STR) business (very important)
- Experience deciding what products to build and shipping them
- Good skills with numbers and data
- Experience working with engineers
- Good at talking to people and solving problems
- Good at organizing your work and paying attention to details
- Can work alone and handle fast changes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Portuguese (reading and writing)
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Webflow, n8n, or Figma (very important)
Nice to Have:
- Experience at a startup that grew fast
- Knowledge of Airbnb or VRBO
- Background in hotels or travel technology
- Experience with owner and guest communication tools
- Know about vacation rental laws and rules

- Salary: R$18,000-28,000 per month (based on your experience)
