The Python Developer will be responsible for design, develop, and deliver automation projects that ensure performance, scalability, and customer impact for BotCity’s clients. This role is critical to maintaining high-quality code, smooth delivery, and strong customer experience across Professional Services engagements.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Professional experience (2+ years) in Python development.
• Relevant hands-on experience with automation or RPA projects.
• Proven experience with Git version control system and GitHub Flow.
• Solid understanding of APIs, data manipulation, error handling, and debugging.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to new business contexts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, Slack.
• Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.
• Portuguese - Fluent.
• English - Advanced.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in professional services, IT consulting, or technical implementation.
• Familiarity with BotCity tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment.
