O que a vaga pede
Product Manager
Location: Remote (Brazil) | Type: Contract | Experience: 5+ years | Pay: $25-$30/hr
About the Role
We're hiring a Product Manager to own product direction on enterprise client engagements, from the first discovery workshop through launch and the iterations that follow. You'll figure out what should be built and why, then keep engineering, design, and client stakeholders pointed at the same outcome.
You'll join a crafts-based digital product studio backed by a global strategy consulting parent, building production software for complex organizations in financial services, energy, and industrial sectors. The work is client-facing, and much of it happens with Spanish-speaking stakeholders, so you'll run conversations, workshops, and readouts in Spanish and English.
If you've worked product in a consultancy and wished you were closer to the build, this role puts you right in the middle of it.
What You'll Do
- Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements synthesis
- Turn client goals into a sequenced roadmap and a backlog the team can act on
- Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that hold up in cross-functional review
- Work through scope and trade-off decisions with engineering leads and designers, often in the same week the question comes up
- Plan releases and track delivery against the outcomes the client cares about
- Present progress and recommendations to client stakeholders, in Spanish or English depending on the room
- Use AI tools in your own workflow to speed up research, documentation, and synthesis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience on B2B or enterprise software
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English (both are used daily with clients)
- Consulting, agency, or studio background with direct client-facing responsibility
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Already using AI tools like Claude or Cursor in your day-to-day product work, not just open to trying them
- Agile or Scrum delivery experience; Jira and Figma familiarity is a plus
- Exposure to financial services, energy, or industrial environments is a bonus
Why Join Us
This studio treats software as a craft. Product, design, and engineering work side by side, delivery cycles are short, and people are trusted to turn ambiguity into a plan without waiting on approval chains. You get the pace of a small team with the reach of a global consulting firm behind it.
If you want to own real product decisions on software that ships, with people who care how it's built, this one is worth a look.
