Role Responsibilities
- Create realistic and challenging coding tasks for AI to solve.
- Implement deterministic verifiers for solution validation.
- Build scalable services and APIs.
- Conduct debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
- Perform secure coding and security-focused reviews.
Requirements
- Strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, Typescript, Python, C++ or similar.
- Proven experience in backend development with high-quality project delivery.
- Background in cybersecurity, such as penetration testing or vulnerability assessment.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving software bugs and system bottlenecks.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and foundational computer science concepts.
