Position Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a small team building a new enterprise platform from the ground up.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can take requirements from concept through production and move quickly without sacrificing engineering quality. We are looking for strong software engineers who actively use modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar tools to accelerate development.
ey Responsibilities
- Design and build production-quality applications using .NET Core/C#, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Build modern APIs, backend services, user experiences, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical designs and working software.
- Participate across the full development lifecycle: design, development, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Build secure, scalable, maintainable cloud-native applications.
- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a small, fast-moving engineering team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
- Strong C# / .NET Core development experience.
- Strong React and JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including data modeling and SQL.
- Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience building and deploying applications in AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Docker/containerized applications and infrastructure-as-code.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, and secure API design.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to independently take loosely defined requirements and turn them into production-quality software.
AI-Enabled Development
Candidates should have practical experience using AI development tools as part of their day-to-day engineering workflow, such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar tools.
We are specifically looking for engineers who can demonstrate how they use AI to increase development speed and quality while maintaining sound engineering practices.
Preferred
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Experience with micro-frontends or modular front-end architectures.
- Experience building workflow-driven applications.
- Experience with document generation, e-signature, or complex business-process applications.
- Experience working on greenfield products and rapidly taking them from concept to production.
