What you need to have
- 3–5 yrs of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React, TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid understanding of Micro Frontends architecture and component-driven development.
- Experience building and maintaining reusable UI component libraries with Mantine UI and Storybook.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and responsive design best practices.
- Experience optimizing applications for performance, with observability tools such as Jaeger.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL in distributed environments.
- Experience deploying frontend applications in Kubernetes, using CI/CD pipelines and ArgoCD.
- Ability to contribute to architecture decisions, conduct code reviews and mentor other engineers.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating closely with designers, PMs and QA.
