Role Description This is a full-time Senior DevOps Engineer role, based on-site in the Greater São Paulo Area. The position emphasizes a security-first approach with a strong focus on managing infrastructure using Terraform. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions, optimizing Kubernetes clusters, and streamlining CI/CD pipelines for increased operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and secure software development environments will also be a key component of the role. Qualifications Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform. Strong expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment. Comprehensive experience in Linux environments and troubleshooting. Knowledge in Continuous Integration and software integration processes. Proven background in software development, with a focus on automation and system reliability. Ability to approach tasks with a security-first mindset. Effective communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teamwork. Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
