We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack .NET Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and user-friendly feature enhancements and products. Our client is a US-based company, a recognized leader in the healthcare domain offering SaaS-based solutions. The product portfolio addresses all the digital needs around running clinical trials. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code Design APIs and build integrations Drive engineering from concept to finished product Contributions to architectural decisions Must haves 8+ years of professional experience in software development. Experience leading technical teams (15+ people). C#/.NET 10 experience with a strong focus on backend & databases. Experience building high-load applications. Experience in designing and building REST APIs. Proficient in PostgreSQL and database schema design. Testing automation culture and experience in writing unit and integration tests. Frontend / React.JS experience. Upper-intermediate English level. Nice to have DevOps practices, CI/CD, and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Experience in data-intensive architectures, ETL, and building data pipelines.
