We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team! At Qubika, we design, develop, and deploy custom software solutions for organizations making an impact through technology. What we expect from you: Databricks: Experience with Genie (Spaces, Conversation API), Unity Catalog (governance, lineage, tags), and Metric Views / semantic layers. GenAI Engineering: Experience building NL-to-SQL / Text-to-SQL systems, context curation, LLM accuracy evaluation, and anti-hallucination techniques such as grounding and semantic layers. SQL & Data Modeling: Advanced SQL skills, business metric modeling, and experience with Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold). Python & Evaluation: Strong Python skills and experience designing measurable evaluations, including baseline comparisons, tolerances, and test cases.
