What You'll Be Doing
- Leading technical delivery across major product initiatives
- Designing and building scalable backend APIs using Ruby on Rails
- Developing modern frontend applications with React.js
- Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to solve real user problems
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack
- Contributing to ongoing product and platform improvements
What They're Looking For
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong commercial experience with Ruby on Rails and React.js
- Comfortable working across the full stack in a product-focused environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to technical discussions
- Passion for building high-quality software and delivering value to users
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
